We've all got a lot of sides, and here are a few of mine for you to peruse.  In 2015, I left Hawaii to go wandering through America's beauty, sleeping in the bed I'd made in the back of my vehicle, which allowed me to be at home where ever I chose to drive.  I took some hospital contracts to keep the gas tank and cooler full, and collected a set of stories while I worked in surgery as a physician assistant, but mostly I spent my time living out my best life in nature.  Then in 2021, I finally found an upgrade from single life and the airbed in the back of a minivan.  Scott was more than willing to ride the Lori Bus, so we made a Mercedes Benz Sprinter into our full time home.  Another chapter in this life, and it just keeps getting better and better.  Subscribe here and get a taste of it through the stories, the recipes, and the photos I've put out to share.  Life has been so rich, delicious, and beautiful, and I want to give you all a taste of it.
